* How the Shipping Workbench allows you to prepare a shipment in advance
* How to manage 'reference only' shipping lines
* How to prepare a Preliminary Packing List
* Preparation of the final packing list and shipping labels

** Prerequisite for this session: An understanding of basic order processing in Encompix
